Safilo Group headquarters are in Padua, Italy. Products are directly distributed in 23 European countries. Elsewhere, long-standing relationships have been established with local distributors, the majority of which have exclusive agreements with Safilo. For the European market, companies have been set up in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Sweden (which also serves Norway, Denmark, Finland, Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania), the United Kingdom, Greece, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenia and Russia. Three branches have been opened in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. In Africa Safilo is present with Safilo South Africa, that is directly coordinated by the European headquarters.

The Asian head office is located in Hong Kong.
The Group distributes its products in this region through sales branches in China, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, India and South Korea and through outside distributors with exclusive.

The division head office is located in New Jersey. Marketing and distribution in the US is implemented through three distribution chains:
• opticians, ophthalmologists and optometrists;
• the retail market of department stores and specialised shops;
• sports shops.

The Group has a showroom in New York presenting all its product lines. The distributors for Central and South America are managed by the sales department in Miami.
Safilo Group is present in the American area with: Smith Sport Optics, Safilo do Brasil, Safilo Mexico and Safilo Canada.
