Legal and Corporate Affairs

Safilo is a multinational Group whose Holding Company is listed on the Stock Exchange.

The legal department assists the Holding and Group Companies, in the fulfilment of corporate and legal obligations.

The legal area deals with national and international contracts, national and international company law, insurances, protection of brands and patents, disputes and legal advice in general.

The Legal and Corporate Affairs team provides support to the Holding Company and to all the Group’s Subsidiaries, proposing the most suitable legal solutions to manage relations with company organs, Customers, Suppliers and business partners in general, including, in particular the Licensors.
