CARRERA presents new optical frames and sunglasses that are destined to turn heads. With a winning blend of unmistakable style and distinctive details, the new models are real attention-grabbers.
The successful CARRERA VINTAGE collection presents models in dazzling new colours. They include the now iconic CHAMPION/T model, an Eighties inspired injection-moulded teardrop sunglass. The range of new colours is extensive, including crystal/black with grey lenses, grey/black with grey lenses, shaded cyclamen with grey lenses and shaded violet with grey lenses.
The new collection also unveils interesting models for women, such as the injection-moulded NASKA 2 frame. This model has a geometric square shape that is characterised by graphic lines and tantalising colour combinations that include havana/black, brown/ivory/black, cream/brown and black/silver.
Dedicated to women with discerning taste, the new sunglasses celebrate Sixties flower-power with their large acetate frames, soft shapes and rounded (HIPPY 1) or square (HIPPY 2) lines. They are available in vintage-inspired shades of honey Havana, black-white-brown, plum-lilac, cream, brown-white, red, wisteria (HIPPY 1) or brown-beige, brown-red and blue-orange. Havana-honey, grey-white-black and black (HIPPY 2).
The gorgeously glamorous ANDY sunglass features an oversized acetate frame with rounded contours and original high temples for an old-school feel. The CARRERA logo appears at the tenon of temples, highlighted against hot colours of animal-print havana, brown, burgundy-black and black.
Meanwhile the unisex range exudes a rugged urban appeal, as in the PANAMERIKA 1 and TIKAL models. They come complete with teardrop shaped metal frames and temples bearing the collection logo alongside a graphic line that is highlighted against strong tones of matte black/palladium, palladium/black, cream/white and light gold/black (mod. TIKAL), light gold-Havana, ruthenium-black, matte black and palladium (mod. PANAMERIKA 1).
A strong personality and contemporary details distinguish the new optical frame collection, particularly in the unisex optical frames that are produced in multi-layered acetate and feature large teardrop shaped lenses (mod. CA6149). Dedicated to feisty personalities, the new models are offered in hot colours including red/white, blue/white, havana and black. Personalised touches include the logo on the temples and slender graphic lines on the front and rims.
Linear contours dominate the rectangular metal and acetate frames, with a single (mod. CA7495) or double (mod. CA7496) bridge leaving a pleasantly vintage look. On the temples the metal CARRERA logo is underlined by a contrasting graphic line, visible against bold colours.
