Worldwide Business Conduct Manual
The “Worldwide Business Conduct Manual – The Safilo Way” translates the Group’s governance principles into standards of business conduct that guide the Group’s daily actions and decisions, internally and with customers, license partners, authorities and other stakeholders. The Safilo Way establishes the worldwide reference standards that are applied in each country.
The Safilo Way underlines the importance the Group places on acting with integrity and responsibility towards employees, shareholders, business partners, governments and, in general, all people.

Whistleblowing
Safilo has implemented a whistleblowing process with the aim of providing a means for employees, customers, suppliers and business partners to communicate concerns of possible violations of the Worldwide Business Conduct Manual or the law, while protecting their identity if they so wish. Any misconduct reports received are managed by the Internal Audit function and evaluated by the Ethics Committee as defined in the “Whistleblowing Policy”.
